Welcome to InClick.io, a subscription-based software platform operated in the United Kingdom. By using this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern your use of the website and platform provided at https://inclick.io.

1. Eligibility

InClick.io is intended for business use only. Users of the platform must have the authority to act on behalf of the business they represent. There is no minimum age requirement, but you must confirm that you are authorised to bind the business to these terms.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

• Users may choose between monthly and yearly subscription plans.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the user prior to renewal.
• Payments are processed via Stripe in GBP (£), and we accept all major credit and debit cards.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via the Billing page in your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial use of the service. As usage is available immediately and monthly limits reset, all sales are considered final.

3. Use of External Review Links

Users may configure a review service via an external link. InClick.io is not responsible for the content, availability, or data shared through any external review platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service or use it to send unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing documents. You must ensure that all documents and actions taken through your account are legally authorised and not in violation of applicable laws.

5. Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed by content uploaded or distributed via InClick.io, please notify us at legal@inclick.io with the following information:

• Your full contact details
• A description of the copyrighted work
• A statement of the alleged infringement
• A declaration that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InClick.io shall not be liable for:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or business
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the preceding 12-month period

We provide the service on an “as is” and “as available” basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
